We want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original branded pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packaged inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
